Many "companies" here in Spain are simply individuals working from a van (or sometimes just an English registered car!) and a mobile phone. They make all sorts of claims as to their legality and time they've been here, when in fact many have just got off the boat and are not registered in any way. They may seem cheap, but many quickly learn the error of their ways when things go wrong - the glorious Med is just a short throw away for a mobile phone!

We are proud to be different. We have established offices and fixed phone lines. We have been legally registered on the Costa Blanca since 2003. If you wish, YOU can visit US. If you wish, we will be happy to show you our paperwork proving our legality and time of registration. Of course, when considering air conditioning we would expect, and indeed recommend that you obtain several quotes - but ask others if they can meet these requirements.
